Faye Griffiths

Faye is a specialist corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency lawyer, with over 15 years’ experience working in Canada and internationally.  She qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales in 2008 and has since spent her career working at top tier international law firms in London, Singapore and Hong Kong. Faye joined us as Associate Counsel and is admitted as a barrister and solicitor in British Columbia.

 

Faye advises on all aspects of corporate and financial restructurings and bankruptcy matters. Her clients have included directors, companies in financial distress, banks, financial institutions, secured and unsecured creditors, receivers and licensed insolvency trustees. She has significant experience acting for both creditors and debtors and across a wide range of industry sectors, including retail, manufacturing, financial services, real estate, hospitality and leisure, shipping, and natural resources. She also has strong in-house legal experience, having been seconded as Regional Legal Counsel to a major international oil and gas company in Singapore.
