If you are not already a client of our firm and are seeking our legal advice, please read the below.

For new clients or to schedule a consultation with a lawyer, please contact our office at 604-570-0005, info@reedmanlaw.com or complete the submission form below to provide us with basic information to allow us to complete a conflict check and obtain a short description of your legal issue, the other parties involved, and how we can assist you or what problem you are looking to solve.

We will then provide you with an intake form (or ask for a short summary of your legal matter) and schedule a meeting to discuss your matter.

We offer flat rates options for an assessment/strategy review of your legal situation:
Option 1
$600 plus tax
60-minute assessment/strategy session in person or by telephone or videoconference
In advance, we would review up to 30 pages of documents, plus the information provided during the intake process, including our intake forms. We provide a reporting letter after our meeting summarizing the options discussed.
Option 2
$400 plus tax
For a 45 minute meeting
In advance, we would review up to 5 pages of documents, plus the information provided during the intake process, including our intake forms. We do not provide a written summary for this option.

After (or during) our assessment/strategy meeting, we would provide you with an estimate of the costs involved to retain us further, and options for a fee arrangement based on an agreed scope of work. In some cases, we can offer flat rate. Generally, we do not offer contingency fee agreements or deferred fee agreements. Otherwise, we would offer an hourly rate or in limited cases on contingency fee arrangements. Matters that fall outside the scope of work on flat rates will be billed on an hourly basis. The consultation/assessment are intended to provide you with a candid assessment of your legal matter.
