Faye advises on informal restructurings and arrangements with creditors, including standstill and forbearance agreements. She also helps directors understand their obligations, financial exposure and contingency plans.

When a matter requires formal insolvency proceedings or contested court applications, Faye works alongside Reedman Law’s insolvency and litigation counsel to coordinate advice and representation.
