Akshdeep Singh

Akshdeep is an associate at Reedman Law, where his practice focuses on commercial litigation, restructuring, and insolvency. He regularly acts for a range of clients, including businesses, lenders, secured and unsecured creditors, debtors, and individuals, in negotiations and before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Provincial Court of British Columbia.
His work spans commercial and contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disagreements, debt recovery and judgment enforcement, and proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, including receiverships, restructurings, and creditors’ rights matters.
Before advising on a file, Akshdeep takes the time to understand his client’s perspective and the outcome they are working toward, and tailors his approach toward that objective. He is able to serve the clients in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
Akshdeep earned his law degree from Thompson Rivers University in 2025 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2026. Prior to joining the firm, he articled at a boutique commercial litigation firm in downtown Vancouver. During his time at TRU Law, he was the Co-Founder and Co-President of TRU Law Sikh Students Association, a founding member of TRU law Legal Networking Club, and an Orientation Leader.
Outside of his practice, Akshdeep is an avid tennis player and hiker, and enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new restaurants and cuisines.
